OHYOON KWON

Ohyoon grew up in New Jersey and moved to Massachusetts to complete her undergraduate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. During her time at MIT, Ohyooon developed a multidisciplinary lens combining the sciences, humanities, and the arts to understand human emotions, cognition, and behavior as well as a strong interest in mental health and the adolescent population. In 2020, Ohyoon graduated from MIT with a BS in Brain and Cognitive Sciences and in Philosophy. She then moved on to work as a research coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital. Currently, Ohyoon is a medical student in the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and aspires to become a healer. Outside of her work, she loves to make art, thrift/upcycle, swim, and watch Marvel movies/shows.
